During my short 3 month internship at Grand Performances, I helped lead the most successful social media campaign in the company’s history. I was tasked with growing their existing platforms while launching and growing their brand-new TikTok page. In under three months, I helped the TikTok account amass over 1.6 million views and 12,000 followers, building the audience from the ground up.

On Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook our team consistently achieved record breaking growth weeks with high engagement levels. I played a key role in managing the content calendar, email marketing, and producing high performing short-form content, which became the platform's top performing posts, reaching hundreds of thousands of views. My work not only amplified brand awareness but also helped set new benchmarks for digital engagement at Grand Performances.
At CSUSB I have played a significant part in the department's social media growth. Within the past year we have produced over 170 original pieces of content. Since my employment, social media engagement rate has increased +162.1% and follower count has increased +34.73%. This has been by far the highest growth and engagement the department has had within its 10 years of social media operation. These graphs show my first year working for the university
